Kansas Healthcare Environmental Services Association
The Kansas Healthcare Environmental Services Association provides networking, support and education for persons involved in the many facets of housekeeping and laundry for health care institutions. By sponsoring at least two statewide educational programs annually, members keep up-to-date on management issues, as well as housekeeping and laundry issues.
KHESA offers the following two levels of membership eligibility:
Type I - $25 Full membership available to persons currently employed by a Kansas health care member facility/provider, either full or part time, in the field of hospital housekeeping. Only Type I members are eligible to serve as officers and directors of the KHESA board. Also, only Type I members are eligible to vote.
Type II - $50 Patron membership available for national manufacturing companies; regional/area distributors; and sales individuals active in the manufacturing and marketing of housekeeping/environmental services products.
