HRSA Grants Available for Expanding Physician Residency Program
The Teaching Health Center Graduate Medical Education Program trains physicians and dentists in community-based settings, focusing on rural and underserved areas. Most of the training is in community-based outpatient settings, where most people receive their health care. 

Advanced Nursing Education Workforce: Grow and Stay Grant Program
Grant funding is available for Kansas nurses attending or interested in attending graduate nursing programs at the University of Kansas School of Nursing.

KDHE Announces Changes Coming to Hepatitis B Birth Dose Program
KDHE notified birthing hospitals recently that the Hepatitis B Birth Dose program, supported by "317" federal funds, will sunset this fall.
