After thousands of hours of planning and preparation, the first match was held at Kansas City Stadium on Tuesday, June 16, when Argentina played Algeria. Direct Physician Supervision Regulation for Fluoroscopy

KDHE's Bureau of Facilities and Licensing has been fielding questions from speech therapists about supervision requirements during fluoroscopy. As a reminder, under Kansas Administrative Regulation 28-34-12(p), "Fluoroscopy shall be conducted by or under the direct supervision of a physician."

CMS Issues Change Request for CAH Method II Billing

CMS issued an MLN Matters change request regarding Method II Critical Access Hospital billing. Effective Monday, June 29, CAHs will be required to bill professional services that have rendering NPIs at the line level.
