Hospital Clinical Lab Fee Schedule Data Is Due to CMS by July 31

Applicable laboratories are required to report specific data to CMS by July 31, 2026. Laboratories that fail to submit required data by 10:59 p.m. on July 31, 2026, may be subject to a civil monetary penalty.
