President's Perspective – New Year Rings in a New Strategic Plan
The 2025-2027 Strategic Plan has four priorities: advocacy and regulations, finance and reimbursement, health care workforce, and quality and safety. The KHA Board of Directors felt it was essential to streamline and simplify the KHA strategic plan so KHA members' top issues were the focus.
