Bipartisan Senate Group Introduces Comprehensive 340B Reform Legislation

A bipartisan group of six U.S. senators, including Sen. Jerry Moran, introduced the SUSTAIN 340B Act, comprehensive legislation that would preserve point-of-sale discounts, establish a national clearinghouse, protect contract pharmacy arrangements and address many of the legal and administrative challenges facing the 340B program.

Senators Introduce REH 2.0 Legislation

Sens. Jerry Moran and Tina Smith introduced bipartisan legislation to expand Rural Emergency Hospital eligibility, strengthen the REH designation and provide rural hospitals with greater flexibility to preserve access to care in their communities.
