Advocacy
Advocacy
Advocacy, whether state or federal, legislative or regulatory, is at the heart of every service KHA provides for its members.

Kansas Legislature Advocacy is at the heart of every service KHA provides for its members. Our efforts are focused on one unchanging goal – ensuring our hospitals have the resources available to meet the health care needs of their communities.

US Congress Advocacy, both legislative and regulatory, is one of KHA's most important services to our membership.

Regulatory Kansas hospitals focus their efforts on providing safe and quality care for their patients. Inconsistent interpretations of regulations by state regulators hinder hospitals striving to be compliant with regulations and requirements. KHA continues to play a vital role in keeping our members informed of new requirements.
