Opioid Educational Webinar: Partnering to Increase Access to SUD Treatment – May 3

Please join us on May 3 to hear how hospitals and communities are partnering to increase access to substance use disorder treatment and harm reduction. The program has been approved for 1.0 contact hours of continuing nursing education and pending approval for 1.0 contact hours of continuing pharmacy education. There is no charge to attend as this program is funded through a grant from our partners at DCCCA.

VotER

KHA has collaborated with VotER to connect KHA members to resources that offer patients, visitors and staff the chance to register to vote while they wait. VotER, is easy, voluntary and nonpartisan. Individuals only need a phone to access VotER and can either get connected by scanning a QR code or by texting a number listed on available posters. KHA is pleased to offer this resource to our members and their communities to help insure that those most concerned about health care issues are registered to vote.

KHA is please to connect our members with VotER that was originated in Boston’s Massachusetts General Hospital and is now a partnership program between that hospital’s emergency department and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
