Michelle Bohannon is a dedicated and compassionate leader who has spent the past year successfully managing two demanding full-time roles at Wilson Medical Center: Director of Quality, Risk and Compliance and Interim Director of Nursing. Despite the weight of these responsibilities, she consistently performs with excellence, demonstrating a tireless work ethic and unwavering commitment to her team and patients. Bohannon’s leadership has significantly strengthened the nursing department, where she collaborated with HR to implement creative recruitment and retention strategies. One of her most impactful contributions was creating the Outpatient Infusion RN role, which improved staffing, centralized services and enhanced continuity of care. She also upgraded the hospital’s quality dashboard, expanding its metrics for better, data-informed decision-making.
