Corporate Compliance
There are many laws that govern health care as we know it today. Information regarding those legal issues, including our record retention guide, can be found in this section.
A compliance program describes the hospital's expectations for its directors, officers and employees. It provides guidance on dealing with compliance issues that may arise in the daily course of business. Topics and documents that may be included in a compliance program include compliance training and education, sanctions for non-compliance with standards, responding to offenses, monitoring and auditing compliance, a code of conduct, a conflict of interest policy and a conflict of interest disclosure statement.
