(Mar. 20, 2024) – Today, the House Insurance Committee, chaired by Rep. Bill Sutton (R-Gardner), passed House Bill 2825, enacting consumer protection related to hospital price transparency.
The committee voted on a division vote to recommend the bill favorably for passage on a vote of 7-9.
