Sunflower Health Network's (SHN) specific purpose is to improve the population's health status. The 26 member hospitals, in conjunction with their medical staff, have developed a network that fosters cooperation and coordination. The priority has been to enhance the integration of health-related services among the SHN member communities.

House Agriculture and Natural Resources Budget Hears from KHA on Department of Commerce Workforce Proposal

(Feb. 4, 2025) – Today, the House Agriculture and Natural Resources Budget, chaired by Representative Lisa Moser (R-Wheaton), discussed the Kansas Department of Commerce budget and heard from KHA staff about adding $2 million for a grant program to allow health care workers to get upskilled training.
