(Feb. 8, 2024) – Today, the House of Representatives held final votes on the following bills:
- House Bill 2490 – Provides that each juvenile offender case length limit extension shall be for no longer than 90 days. 120-0.
- House Bill 2522 – Requires the secretary of corrections to prepare inmates for release from custody and assist with gathering identification documentation. 120-0.
- House Bill 2578 – Provides that programs and treatments provided by a certified community behavioral health clinic be granted a renewal certification if such programs and treatments have been previously certified or accredited. 108-12.
- House Bill 2530 – Removes automobile club from the definition of person for purposes of enforcing penalties for violations of insurance law. 118-12.
- House Bill 2532 – Changes certain reporting requirements of group-funded liability and workers' compensation pools. 112-8.
