(May 1, 2024) – While the 2024 session ended with the Sine Die adjournment, after midnight on May 1, many are asking if there will be a possible return before January 2025.
With the final tax plan assembled during the last few hours of the 2024 regular session, Gov. Laura Kelly's chief of staff has indicated that if the governor looks to veto the bill, there could be a call to return to continue work on tax reform.
