Senate FI&I Hold Hearing on 340B Bill
Today, the Senate Financial Institutions and Insurance Committee held a hearing on SB 284, the legislation would ensure that drug manufacturers cannot limit contract pharmacies or ask for additional data from 340B entities than other contracted locations.
 

Senate Ways and Means Committee Hears Bills
Today, the Senate Ways and Means Committee held hearings on HB 2195, HB 2221, SB 290 and SCR 1612.
 

House Works and Debates Bills
Today, the full House took final votes on SB 194, SB 27, SB 28, SB 32, SB 42, SB 139 and SB 166. The House debated SB 50, SB 78, HB 2402, SB 114 and Sub for HB 2012.
 

Senate Federal and State Affairs
Today, the Senate Federal and State Affairs Committee narrowly voted down SB 196.
 

Senate Slated to Debate Bills
Today, the Senate is slated to debate HB 2333, HB 2044, HB 2049, HB 2201, SB 119, HB 2061, HB 2371, HB 2075, HB 2168 and HB 2030. 
 

This Week's Schedule
This week, committees will finalize work before them on Monday and Tuesday. The House and Senate will be working on bills on the respective chamber floors all day starting Wednesday. Additionally, conference committees will be meeting to begin to package bills together and come up with final agreements.
