Executive Director of Revenue Cycle
The Executive Director of Revenue Cycle oversees the financial operations and revenue cycle management of Newman Regional Health. Applicants must have excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. This role oversees the billing, coding and collections processes to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for services provided. A bachelor's degree required in health care administration, finance, business or a related field and extensive experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a leadership role within a health care system of hospital are required. A master's degree is preferred. Certified Revenue Cycle Professional certification is a plus.
Director of Patient Access
This full-time exempt position is available 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M - F. The Patient Access Director oversees all aspects of patient access services within the organization. This role includes managing patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification and financial counseling to ensure a seamless and efficient patient experience. The Patient Access Director will work in a fast-paced health care environment, interacting with patients, staff and external stakeholders. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities is essential. A bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, communications or a related field. Experience in a health care setting may be substituted for education. At least two years of experience in a health care setting is required. Patient Access knowledge, office management or billing experience is preferred.

Senior Accountant
The Senior Accountant reconciles account balances and bank statements, maintains general accounts, and prepares month—and year-end procedures. This position compiles financial reports to support management, regulatory and organizational needs. The ideal candidate will perform work accurately, thoroughly and possess analytical skills. They will also be able to understand and explain economic and accounting information, prepare and manage budgets and make sound long-term investment decisions. They must also be self-motivated and work well under pressure. A bachelor's degree is required; one to two years of accounting experience is preferred.
