(Feb. 28, 2025) – The 2024Q4 report for the quarterly distribution of Medicaid enhancement payments funded through the provider tax were sent out this week. The Kansas Department of Health and Environment actuary is currently calculating the funding amounts by managed care organization and will not complete their calculations until next week. Funds will be transferred to the MCOs on March 14. The quarterly enhancement payments should begin arriving in hospital accounts the following week.
