(May 10, 2024) – The American Hospital Association created supplements to its
Community Health Assessment toolkit to help communities with additional considerations for select populations to ensure equitable engagement throughout the process.
Kansas Health Matters also includes the most current examples of
community health needs assessments and improvement plans completed by Kansas hospitals. Check out
