Healthworks Board Meeting - March 11

Healthworks has a 13-member board of directors. KHA is the sole member of Healthworks. The directors are KHA members and others who support the vision and values of the Foundation. Since 1969, Healthworks has played an important role in helping KHA achieve its mission and vision.

Infection Prevention Conference - March 12-13

This two-day event will provide health care professionals with infection prevention and control strategies and opportunities to network and discuss best practices. This course is designed for infection prevention professionals in acute care, ambulatory care, long-term care, home health, mental health, correctional facilities and other fields of interest.

ECHO Health Salon for the Heartland

Project ECHO (March 6, 2026) – Register now for the free webinar series Ready, Set, Go! Health Security Salon for the Heartland. This six-month ECHO series is hosted by the Region 7 Regional Emerging Special Treatment Center at the University of Nebraska/Nebraska Medicine. Beginning at 1:00 p.m., each webinar offers an hour of education to enhance preparedness, response and community resilience ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ and beyond.

The intended audience includes frontline nurses, physicians, advanced practice providers, infection preventionists, EMS and other emergency preparedness and response team members, so share this information across your organization and community.
