This educational session will feature hospital CEO/executive assistant pairs sharing how they collaborate to manage time, communication, decision-making, and competing priorities. Panelists will offer candid insights into what truly adds value at the executive level, how trust is built over time, and how executive assistants can confidently support leadership while navigating complexity in today's health care environment.
