(March 21, 2025) – Congress Enacts, President Signs Continuing Resolution
Congress enacted and President Donald Trump signed a continuing resolution that funds the government through Tuesday, Sept. 30.
The bill contains extensions to the Medicare telehealth and hospital-at-home flexibilities, extension to the enhanced Medicare low-volume payment adjustments, extension to the Medicare Dependent Hospital Program and prevents Medicaid disproportionate share funding reductions through fiscal year 2025.
