Small Health Care Provider Quality Improvement Program — The Health Resources and Services Administration is accepting applications for the Small Health Care Provider Quality Improvement Program, which aims to strengthen the quality improvement culture in small rural health care facilities by enhancing their ability to collect and use clinical data and implement evidence-based strategies to improve care, with a particular focus on chronic disease outcomes. Eligible applicants include nonprofit and public entities located in
rural areas. HRSA has approximately $5 million available to support up to 20 awards, with recipients eligible to receive up to $250,000 annually over a four-year project period. Applicants are encouraged to review
