(May 3, 2024) – The annual Kansas Hospital Association Compensation Survey results are now available to hospitals that participated in the 2024 survey.
This year, KHA, the Missouri Hospital Association and Gallagher Surveys partnered to conduct the 2024 Health Care Compensation Survey. If you participated, you will have received a PDF and excel spreadsheet of an overview of the compensation data for the state, along with the MO/KS region, and Lower Midwest region data that also includes Arkansas, Oklahoma and Colorado, which is new this year. Later in May you will receive a log in for the online custom cut of the data from Gallagher in addition to the benefits results.
