(Feb. 13, 2026) – Over the years, there have been various legislative and regulatory decisions regarding the naming of personnel hospitals use as nurse aides or nursing assistants. These have included statutory discussions and possible changes regarding the education of certified nurse aides. This has created confusion surrounding the naming, educational requirements and the education process.
