(July 10, 2026) – More than 250 Kansas hospitals and clinics have enrolled in the
Rural Health Transformation Program – Evidence-Based Practice Program. To participate, rural hospitals and clinics must first complete the Kansas Rural Health Transformation Plan Evidence-Based Practice Program Hospital or Clinic Participation Agreement, available
here. All Kansas rural hospitals and clinics are encouraged to enroll.
The QHi team will provide participants with additional information and an updated QHi Participation Agreement following enrollment in the RHTP-EBP Program.
The new QHi Encounter Entry tool, which will collect the EBP Program’s 15 performance measures, is currently in final user testing and is scheduled to go live July 21. Initial training opportunities are listed below:
