QHi Resources to Support the Kansas RHTP EBP Program

QHINewsletters (Aug. 7, 2026) – Two hundred eighty-nine Kansas hospitals and clinics have enrolled in the Rural Health Transformation Program – Evidence-Based Practice Program. To participate, rural hospitals and clinics must:

  1. Complete the Kansas Rural Health Transformation Plan Evidence-Based Practice Program Hospital or Clinic Participation Agreement, available here. All Kansas rural hospitals and clinics are encouraged to enroll.
  2. The QHi team will provide participants with additional information and an updated QHi Participation Agreement following enrollment in the RHTP-EBP Program.

QHi users can verify training attendance by downloading an attendance certificate from their QHi profile. After logging in, select My Profile, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Download Attendance Record.
