In this session, Fred Neis, RN, FACHE, FAEN, author of The Disciplined Leader: Habits and Practices for Health Care Leaders That Get Results, will share practical strategies to:

  • Delegate effectively
  • Communicate with influence
  • Develope habits that drive lasting results

Fred has more than 30 years of experience in clinical and executive leadership to help health care managers navigate this important career transition.

This session is part of KHA's five-part Management Development Webinar Series, with additional sessions scheduled for January and February 2026. Each webinar requires separate registration, and the registration fee is $75 per webinar per connection.
