Participants will gain a practical understanding of what questions to ask, when to seek legal guidance and how to prepare their organization to navigate these requirements with confidence.

Part 1: Making the Move: From Doing the Work to Leading the Team

Fred has more than 30 years of experience in clinical and executive leadership to help health care managers navigate this important career transition.

This session is part of KHA's five-part Management Development Webinar Series, with additional sessions scheduled for January and February 2026. Each webinar requires separate registration, and the registration fee is $75 per webinar per connection.
