Paving the Way – From Blazing Trails to Building Community grant and education program. The initiative aims to support communities developing, strengthening, and sustaining public trails. Interested entities may apply via Sunflower Foundation's online grant management system, Fluxx. Applicants must register in Fluxx to apply. A link to Fluxx is included in the
RFP. The application deadline is 4:00 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 20, 2026.
