(April 10, 2026) – The United Methodist Health Ministry Fund invites health care providers across Kansas to take a short survey about their experiences with the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment benefit and billing for this service. Please share this information with your rural health clinics. The survey takes about 25 minutes to complete and aims to identify barriers to providing EPSDT services to Kansas children, as well as opportunities to improve screening, referral and follow-up practices to better utilize the benefit and billing options. Your input will directly support efforts to assist providers, improve implementation and ensure children and families can access the services they need.
Please complete the survey by April 30. Participation is voluntary. Survey respondents will receive a $25 electronic gift card from the United Methodist Health Ministry Fund. Responses will be reported only in aggregate. Your perspective, time and expertise are greatly appreciated. For questions about the survey, please contact Whitney Grube, PhD, assistant professor at the School of Social Welfare at the University of Kansas, at
