unRx will host a webinar, Managing 340B Pharmacy Amid Evolving Policies and Legal Challenges, at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4. Speaker Bharath Krishnamurthy, Health Policy & Analytics at the American Hospital Association, will share valuable insights to help eligible entities navigate regulatory changes, manage their 340B programs effectively and respond to evolving policy updates.

KHA Board Meeting - Nov. 5

KHA has a 21-member board of directors. They meet at least five times a year. Each board member holds three-year terms, with a two-term limit. The board has a composition of members from all geographic areas of Kansas all sizes and types of member hospitals are represented. The board also includes two hospital trustees and two physician members. Other participants include the American Hospital Association delegate.

Welcome, Azucena Gonzalez, to the KHA Staff Team

Azucena Gonzalez (Oct. 24, 2025) – This week, the Kansas Hospital Association welcomed Azucena Gonzalez as our new program manager for data analytics. KHA is creating this new role to give members more support in data and analytics. Before joining KHA, Azucena worked as a data analyst for the Kansas HealthCare Collaborative. She held this position for seven years, collaborating closely with KHA staff on hospital data analysis and quality reporting.

Azucena has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bethel College in North Newton, Kansas. The expertise and skills she brings will help us grow the data analysis and reporting services we offer to member hospitals..
