Registration Open for Integrated Care Learning Sessions
The Sunflower Foundation is offering training and technical assistance resources for Kansas clinics interested in integrated care through a series of learning community calls. These calls are from noon to 1:00 p.m. on the third Friday of each month, starting in October 2025 and running through March 2026.
