The Kansas Hospital Association has a 21-member board of directors. They meet at least five times a year. Each board member holds three-year terms, with a two-term limit. The board has a composition of members from all geographic areas of Kansas all sizes and types of member hospitals are represented. The board also includes two hospital trustees and two physician members. Other participants include American Hospital Association delegate.

KHSC Board Meeting - Mar. 26

KHSC is a wholly owned subsidiary of KHA. Therefore, a secondary objective of KHSC is to support KHA in meeting its mission to serve hospitals. Its mission is to provide enhanced value to KHA members through evaluation and endorsement of selected vendors of services needed by the KHA membership. KHSC will be a valuable resource to Kansas health care facilities and KHA as they serve their constituents.

George Stover is the 2025 Chair of the KHA Board of Directors

(Jan. 7, 2025) – George Stover, Chief Executive Officer, Rice Community Health, is the 2025 Chair of the Kansas Hospital Association Board of Directors. The election took place during the association's annual meeting in Overland Park. Stover has been an active member of KHA and joined the KHA Board of Directors in 2018.
