Human Trafficking

Human trafficking has increased at alarming rates and is a major public health issue. Research indicates that health care professionals in various settings are likely to come into contact with victims of human trafficking. The role of the health care provider in identifying, evaluating, treating and referring victims for services is critical. We hope you find the information below helpful.
