The Foundations of Leadership Program exclusively for Kansas Hospital Association participants. This program introduces the KLC framework and highlights competencies and principles within the framework. This training is designed for a hospital dyad or triad - a team of an administrative leader, a physician and clinical leader from the same hospital - to attend together. Individual participants are also welcome.
