Kansas governWell offers knowledge-building board education programs, including in-boardroom virtual sessions, short-format videos, on-demand webinars, podcasts and written BoardBRIEFs. Topics range from understanding board responsibilities to critical issues facing hospital and health system boards of trustees. An annual educational calendar can be developed for KHA member hospitals.

As part of the technical assistance provided to Kansas Hospital Association members through Kansas governWell, our governWell team can administer strategic planning and/or board self-assessment survey questions on behalf of the hospital, prepare a written report and provide a virtual briefing.
